Acceptance of Quotation and Terms and Conditions

1. Quotations are valid for a period of 7 days
2. At the time of your acceptance of this quotation, indicating acceptance of the Terms & Conditions, the full amount for the month is due.
3. Work on the project will not commence until Endor By Design has received the payment.
4. The minimum period of this contract is 6 (six) months in duration. 

Logistics 

• Please complete the client information form below. 
• You can choose your billing date from the drop down menu listed below as well. 
• Once payment is made your services will run from the billing date stipulated on the invoice. therefore, you will also be paying one month in advance. 
• Should you wish to upgrade or cancel your contract, a minimum of 30 days’ notice is required from the date of the last invoice.
